We have gone to great lengths to make our Terms and Conditions as straightforward as possible by showing how StreetBeatCustoms.com ships items and processes returns. Here is also where you can find out how to contact us with any questions you may have regarding an order or an item.

Our Guarantee

Every retail item sold is covered by the Street Beat Customs 30-Day Guarantee. If a customer is unsatisfied with a purchase, it can be returned within 30 days of receipt. All products returned must be in new condition, in original packaging and are subject to the Return Policy listed below. After the 30-day period, please contact Street Beat Customs customer service to obtain warranty contact information regarding additional manufacturer coverage.

Delivery Time

Most orders process within twenty-four to forty-eight hours at which time your item(s) will be shipped. Once item(s) ship, transit time is based on your location and the warehouse from which it ships. Orders are shipped UPS Ground. Under special circumstances, items may be shipped via freight, in which case the carrier is determined by availability to your area. Special order / fabricated / custom items may take longer to process. Limited availability may require a 2-3 week time period to obtain the item(s) from the manufacturer, please be advised.

When your order ships you will receive an email providing pertinent carrier information. Your credit card will not be charged prior to an item shipping unless it is for a special order or fabricated custom item. If StreetBeatCustoms.com is unable to deliver any item in a reasonable amount of time, your card will be credited for any product not en-route. Payment Methods

StreetBeatCustoms.com accepts Visa, MasterCard, Discover and American Express credit cards. PayPal is also accepted.

When paying with PAYPAL follow this process: After you have placed your order you will be at the order CONFIRMATION page. Write down your ORDER NUMBER and ORDER TOTAL. Click the PAY NOW button and enter the order number in the PAYMENT FOR box and the order total in the AMOUNT box. If you already have a Paypal account, simply log in to complete the transaction. If you do not have an account with Paypal, sign up for an account right there!

Once at the Agent location, select the GRAY SwiftPay form and fill it in with "STREETBEAT" as the account number. Hand form with cash payment to clerk. SwiftPay will provide a unique 10-digit Money Transfer Control Number (MTCN) receipt confirming your payment. SwiftPay charges a nominal fee per transaction.

Once you have made your payment with the Western Union SwiftPay service YOU MUST THEN CALL StreetBeatCustoms.com at 612-568-0081 with the 10-digit control number. YOUR ORDER WILL NOT PROCESS UNTIL StreetBeatCustoms.com receives your call with the 10-digit number and confirms payment has been received.

Handling Fee

We reserve the right to charge up to a 6.5% handling fee in order to accommodate the shifting prices of freight and fluctuations of the US dollar.

Pricing

Prices shown and stock available are subject to change without notice. In the event a product is listed at an incorrect price due to any type of error, Street Beat Customs, Inc. reserves the right to refuse or cancel said line item within the order, or the entire order. In such case, the customer will receive a credit for the canceled amount.

Sales Tax

Orders shipped within Minnesota will be charged 6.5% sales tax. Sales tax for orders shipped outside Minnesota will not be charged or withheld and is the sole responsibility of the customer.

Partial Shipments

To expedite arrival of products to the customer, Street Beat Customs reserves the right to divide orders into separate shipments based on product availability. In cases where a portion of an order's items are shipped separately, the customer will not be responsible for any additional shipping fee.

Fitment Guarantee

All items are guaranteed to fit vehicles accordingly with minimal to no modification required unless otherwise noted. We are not responsible for the damage that occurs during installing or damage occurring when customization is required (noted in product description). Our fitment guarantee applies to products we offer properly fitting and aligning with OEM spec designs only. Please note: OEM parts made by the car manufacturer always fit best. Professional installation of all our products is highly recommended.

Return Policy

Warranty/Returns

Street Beat Customs, Inc. desires to provide the best value to customers while maintaining low prices. Accordingly, the following policies are in place:

Merchandise Return

To make a return, please phone (we will not accept faxes or e-mails) with complete details and reason for the return. Upon approval, a return authorization (RA) number will be issued along with a return address. Upon receipt of RA number, simply ship the package back to the address provided in original condition and in original packaging. Please note that all items are not returned to their original shipping address, please verify the return address prior to shipping the product! Returns for replacement or exchange will not be subject to a restocking fee. Returns for refunds are subject to a restocking fee of 25% or $15.00, whichever is greater.

Customers are responsible for original and return shipping costs unless item(s) arrived damaged. Sliding ragtops, air ride components, bodykits, wheels, turbo components and tires are not returnable for refund or exchange, but warranty issues will be honored. For any items not returned, customer will not be subject to original shipping charges if the net amount of order remains over $100.00. Customer will be charged for return shipping costs for any item(s) returned if originally shipped free. Please allow 4- 6 weeks for refund on return items.

All returns / exchanges must be notified to and authorized by the sales representative, by phone only, within 14 days of delivery. No return without an RMA number and authorization by StreetBeatCustoms.com will be accepted. No returns will be accepted if the product has been opened from original packaging or has been used. No returns will be accepted after 14 days of receipt, ALL returns will be subject to a service charge of 25% restocking fee. Special order items are not returnable and/or are subject to 35% restocking fee under our discretion. Original shipping costs to the customer and return shipping costs are non-refundable. All special orders and non-stock item returns are not refundable. Parts must be in new, re-salable condition, and in their original packing.

Please note: NO PAINTED, CUSTOMIZED OR OTHERWISE ALTERED PARTS WILL BE ACCEPTED OR CREDITED. No returns on electronic parts.

Shipping Damages For Items Arriving Via Freight Delivery

We reserve the right to reject returns on non-defective products. Returns will be handled on a case by case bases. Items arrived by special delivery or truck freight (including but not limited to body kits, bumpers, wings, hoods, and wheels) are not subject to returns. NO EXCEPTIONS WILL BE MADE. If item is damaged it must be signed for as "Damaged" upon delivery otherwise it is not eligible for exchange.Some products may be damaged during transit. Inspect all packages immediately in the presence of the delivery person. Do not sign delivery receipt until all packages have been inspected. In the event that damage has occurred, physically write "damaged" on the delivery bill and have the delivery person sign it as verification. Retain all boxes and other packaging material as package may be subject to inspection by the carrier. Call StreetBeatCustoms.com within 24 hours to file a claim request. Failure to comply with this policy may result in a denial for damage claim. Performance chips are not returnable if used or removed from packaging.

Damaged Shipments

If a shipped order arrives with obvious damage, customer can refuse to accept it and the shipping company will return the merchandise to Street Beat Customs. Upon receipt of the returned damage order, Street Beat Customs will ship a replacement order at no cost to the customer. If the damage is discovered after delivery has been accepted, customer is to call the shipper and file a damage claim. The shipper is responsible for reimbursement payment for damaged goods. Body parts ship unpainted in raw form and modifications may be necessary to assure proper fit. Minor scratches, pitting and cracks are common and disappear after cutting, filling, sanding and finish work. Professional installation is recommended.

NOTE: Please be sure to thoroughly inspect all items upon arrival and note ALL damages on the delivery sheet. You must sign for the package as "damaged". If damages are noticed after an item has been accepted, the recipient must contact the freight company to file a damage claim.

Refused Shipments

Any customer who refused delivery of an order, other than for damaged shipments as described above, will be required to pay the original shipping charges, the additional return freight charges, and a 25% restocking fee/35% on special order. These charges must be paid in full before any future orders will be shipped.

Order Cancellation

To cancel ANY order, please contact a customer service representative as soon as possible IN PERSON Monday-Friday 7am-3pm PST at 612-568-0081, Prompt 2. Orders CANNOT be canceled by email or voice mail. If an order is canceled before it has shipped but after the credit card has been charged, a 10% order processing fee will be assessed. Orders canceled prior to credit card charging are not subject to this fee. See Merchandise Return above before returning an item after it has shipped or if it has been purchased at Street Beat Customs local retail location.

Order Error

If merchandise ordered has not been received, please E-mail, fax or phone with complete details. Street Beat Customs will investigate this and work with you to appropriately resolve the situation.

Clearance Items

All sales are final on clearance and liquidation items.

Competition Product Disclaimer:

  1. Vehicles modified by competition products may not meet local, State and Federal requirements for use on public streets. It is the customer's sole responsibility to adhere to and comply with all local, State and Federal laws. Use of competition products may affect insurance and or vehicle warranties.
  2. There is no warranty, stated or implied, due to unusual use or driving conditions. Any damage caused by modifications, improper installation, or improper use is the sole responsibility of the customer and not that of the manufacturer, distributor, or retailer. The customer is responsible for any associated costs including repairs and service, damages or liabilities incurred.
  3. Parts can only be returned and accepted according to the Street Beat Customs Return Policy (see above).
  4. Due to their subjective nature, Street Beat Customs does not guarantee performance or ride quality of customer's vehicle.

Items not subject to returns are those that arrive by special delivery or truck freight including, but not limited to; body kits, bumpers, wings, hoods and wheels. No exceptions will be made. If the item shows up damaged, it must be signed for as "damaged" upon delivery, or it is not going to be eligible for exchange. Because some products may be damaged during transit, it is advised that you inspect all packages immediately in the presence of the delivery person. Do not sign the delivery receipt until all of the packages have been inspected and pass that inspection. If your package has been damaged, sign the delivery slip "damaged" and have the delivery person sign it as verification.
