| INSTALLATION INSTRUCTIONS FOR HEADLIGHT NEONS
Contents 1- Transformer with Dual Neon Light Leads 2- Headlight Neon Bulbs 1- Installation Hardware Instructions 1) Mount neon transformer on a flat surface that is well venilated in the engine compartment with the screws or double sided tape provided. 2) When installing neon, it is recommended to remove headlight housing for easy installation. Located a desired neon placement in the headlight housing and drill a 1/2" dia. hole. Insert rubber grommet into 1/2" hole (Fig. A). Slide neon bulb through rubber grommet until flush (Fig. B). For areas of limited space, such as: tail lights, marker lights, heating vents, and directional assemblies, suspend bulb within enclosure (Fig. C). 3) Connect neon to transformer lead connectors. 4) Connect (+) red striped black wire to a switch. 5) Connect (-) black wire to ground. 6) Connect a constant 12V power source to a switch. (Always refer to the switch wiring diagram for proper 12V connection). 7) Insulate your connections with black electrical tape to ensure moisture free connection. 8) Secure wires from all moving and heat producing parts.
